This services provided by us are suitable for anyone who wants to have a formal seat of a company, however is not able to buy or rent a possible office, embraces the simplification of the entire administration of the company, the character of business activity needs no office, works from home or plans short-term business, does not want to move, pay for rent, pay for the furniture neither to look for reception clerks or secrataries.

The basic offer of CEVE services is to provide a registered office / a contact address in order to place a company seat whereas we fulfil certain conditions according to valid legal requirements relating to a company seat.

It includes especially:

• mark a company seat with its name and with company ID

• receiving letters

• providing a contacts of the company with the public and government agents

Registered office CZK 1.750,- /mth bez not incl. VAT 20%

Receiving and custody is free of charge

Forwarding covers a client in accordance with an actual state

A note of receiving letters via e-mail is free of charge

Convenient package

(includes all services above) CZK 18.500,-/year not incl. VAT 20%.

We offer to our clients the business centres in Prague 3, Prague 5, Prague 1 and Brno.

Charge for providing this service is unrepeated CZK 500,- not incl. VAT 20%. On your request we will send you the price list of business centres.
