Company formation according to your requirements is suitable for clients who prefer to be the first registered bodies in the Business Register (as incorporated and organised under the laws of the Czech Republic) and do not need to start their business within a few days. You can start the business after the company is registered at the business court and has its ID registered. All documents will be prepared by us after we know the future subject-matter. All documents needed will be sent to our client by an e-mail or by a messenger.

A closing price of these companies are CZK 26.000,- (LLC) and CZK 59.000,- (join stock company). The price includes 20% VAT, all charges connected with a company transaction (notary fees, court fees, documents verification made by us, name check etc.) and 1 Trade licence or 1 Trading certificate.

A client does not have to pay up the authorized share capital when choosing the formation ( the minimum authorized share capital of a LLC company is CZK 200.000,- and of a JSC company is CZK 2.000.000,-). We pay up the authorized share capital for our clients and provide relevant capital documents.

A client can require a higher capital than the minimum authorized share capital is. We are pleased to raise the capital on a required amount for an agreed price in advance.
